Dr. rer. nat. Malte Anders is a licensed pharmacist and patent professional at Richardt Patentanwälte

Dr. Anders studied international business administration with a full scholarship at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management before graduating in pharmacy at Goethe University Frankfurt. He then completed his doctorate at the Fraunhofer Institute ITMP in cooperation with the Goethe University and the Technical University of Munich in the field of bioinformatics and sensor technology with a focus on biosignal processing and is the author of numerous publications in international, peer-reviewed journals.

As part of his research, Dr. Anders gained extensive experience in conducting clinical studies and analyzing the associated data. He has worked extensively with clinical devices such as EEG systems and anesthesia machines, including deep anesthesia monitors, ventilators and perfusors. His expertise includes pharmacology, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), biosignal analysis and presentation, interdisciplinary research, clinical and experimental sensing, pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) modeling and the application of bioinformatic AI-based algorithms, especially for artifact detection in EEG data. As a trained paramedic, Dr. Anders also has in-depth knowledge of everyday clinical practice and practical experience in emergency medicine. In addition, he has an excellent background in statistical data analysis and data visualization, including R and MATLAB.

In his spare time, Dr. Anders is intensively involved in aircraft technology and the construction and control of RC drones and RC model aircraft and the associated sensor technology. He also has in-depth knowledge in the field of home automation.
