The legitimization for the use of these professional designations is determined by the entry in the list of professional representatives at the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market pursuant to Article 89 of Regulation (EC) No 40/94 of December 20, 1993 on the Community trade mark, redrafted by Regulation (EC) No 207/2009 of February 26, 2009 on the Community trade mark, and Article 78 of Regulation (EC) No 6/2002 of December 12, 2001 on Community designs.
